Before you contact us:

Run the Surface Diagnostic Toolkit for Business (SDT). The SDT enables IT administrators to quickly investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and firmware issues with Surface devices. You can run a range of diagnostic tests and software repairs in addition to obtaining device health insights and guidance for resolving issues.

If you are still having a problem after running the toolkit, use the tabs below to select a support option.


You will be required to log into the online submission portal using your Microsoft Account or Azure Active Directory Account.

Expedite your Warranty and Service requests by using the Warranty and Service claim form. For information about how to use the form, see Warranty and Service claim form instructions and attaching it to your case submission.

For business customers: Submit your service request.

For Microsoft Premier customers: Submit your service request on Services Hub.
