Implementing Wireless Projection over Miracast

Windows 10 has supported wireless projection over Miracast since its first release. Over time further enhancements and improvements have been made to the quality and ease of the projection experience.

We recommend that Miracast sink manufacturers follow the specification as it is defined in the Wi-Fi Display Technical Specification v2.1 and the guidelines provided throughout this document to implement similar sink side functionality.
