bitsadmin peercaching and help

The bitsadmin command displays the command-line usage for the /peercaching switch when combined with /help switch.
Syntax
The following syntax is used:
bitsadmin /peercaching /help
Examples
To display the command-line help for the /peercaching switches, run the following command.
bitsadmin /peercaching /help
