Microsoft DSS Cryptographic Provider
The Microsoft DSS Cryptographic Provider supports hashing, data signing, and signature verification using the Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA) and Digital Signature Standard (DSS) algorithms. It can be exported outside the United States and Canada.
