IOCTL_CHANGER_REINITIALIZE_TRANSPORT IOCTL (winioctl.h)

Physically recalibrates a transport element. Recalibration may involve returning the transport to its home position.

To perform this operation, call the DeviceIoControl function with the following parameters.
