Remarks

Create a sampler-state object by calling ID3D10Device::CreateSamplerState.

To initialize sampler state, bind the sampler-state object to the pipeline by calling ID3D10Device::VSSetSamplers, ID3D10Device::GSSetSamplers, or ID3D10Device::PSSetSamplers.
