IMetaDataTables::GetGuid method (rometadataapi.h)

Gets a GUID from the row at the specified index.

Syntax

HRESULT GetGuid(
  [in]  ULONG      ixGuid,
  [out] const GUID **ppGUID
);

Parameters

[in] ixGuid

The index of the row from which to get the GUID.

[out] ppGUID

A pointer to a pointer to the GUID.

Return value

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Remarks

We do not recommend the use of this method, because it does not return consistent results.
