ID3DXConstantTable::SetMatrixTransposePointerArray method

Sets an array of pointers to transposed matrices.

Syntax

  [in]       LPDIRECT3DDEVICE9 pDevice,
  [in]       D3DXHANDLE        hConstant,
  [in] const D3DXMATRIX        **ppMatrix,
  [in]       UINT              Count
);

Parameters

pDevice [in]

Type: LPDIRECT3DDEVICE9

Pointer to an IDirect3DDevice9 interface, representing the device associated with the constant table.

hConstant [in]

Type: D3DXHANDLE

Unique identifier to the array of matrix constants. See D3DXHANDLE.

ppMatrix [in]

Type: const D3DXMATRIX**

Array of pointers to transposed matrices. See D3DXMATRIX.

Count [in]

Type: UINT

Number of matrices in the array.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If the method succeeds, the return value is D3D_OK. If the method fails, the return value can be D3DERR_INVALIDCALL.

Remarks

A transposed matrix contains column-major data; that is, each vector is contained in a column.
