School Name is Not Available in Drop Down List , When Our Student Want to Activate Azure Trial

Question

We are non profit organization running school but when our students are try to activate Student Azure Trial on his Microsoft account.

Which was given by our school. when they are login with https://signup.azure.com/studentverification?offerType=1&srcurl=https:%2F%2Fazure.microsoft.com%2Ffree%2Fstudents&correlationId=e463007f-cf96-4205-91c1-9047b61c1a67 links they are enter First Name, Last Name, Country But when they are enter Our School Name in School Name Section Our School Name is Not Showing in Drop Down List. we have have raised ticket to NON PROFIT Verification team to provide some solution.

We are already raised ticket to Microsoft support they are telling us we have to contact, Azure Support Team but we cant raised ticket to them .
