Social Identity Account linkage with Entra External ID

Question

We are setting up a new Entra External ID. We need users to be able to use social login (At least Google) to log into their existing Microsoft Accounts instead of creating new ones. This used to be possible with Azure B2C, as shown in the following links:

However, we haven't been able to apply the necessary policies with this method in Entra External ID. Is there any way to achieve this result with External ID?
