Usage

This message does not have any usage scenario of its own. CRM internally uses the message to determine the default price level for an opportunity, quote, order, or invoice based on the current user and the territory relationship with the price level. If you have Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2015 Update 1, this message also provides you the capability to specify your custom logic for selecting default price level instead of using the out-of-box rule for the selection of default price level for an opportunity, quote, order, and invoice. To use this message, you must create a plug-in with the custom code for returning price levels based on your business requirement, and register it on the GetDefaultPriceLevel message. Privileges and Access Rights

To perform this action, the caller must have privileges on the Territory, PriceLevel, Opportunity, Quote, SalesOrder, and Invoice entities.

Notes to Caller

If a user territory is part of multiple price levels, this message will retrieve all those price levels.
