Comentarios

El Implicit método permite al compilador convertir automáticamente un DateTime objeto en un DateTimeOffset objeto sin un operador de conversión explícito (en C#) o una llamada a una función de conversión (en Visual Basic). Define una conversión de ampliación que no implica la pérdida de datos y no produce una OverflowExceptionexcepción . El Implicit método hace que el código como el siguiente sea posible:
