Si la UseShellExecute propiedad es true o las UserName Password propiedades y no son null , CreateNoWindow se omite el valor de la propiedad y se crea una nueva ventana.If the UseShellExecute property is true or the UserName and Password properties are not null, the CreateNoWindow property value is ignored and a new window is created.
