Comentarios

Para los identificadores de configuración regional de Microsoft, el formato de la cadena es "MS_xxx", donde xxx es una cadena en formato hexadecimal que indica la identificación de configuración regional (LCID); por ejemplo, el inglés americano aparecería como "MS_409".
