IWMWriterFileSink2::GetFileDuration method

The GetFileDuration method retrieves the duration of the portion of the file that has been written.

Syntax

HRESULT GetFileDuration(
  QWORD *pcnsDuration
);

Parameters

pcnsDuration

Pointer to variable specifying the duration, in 100-nanosecond units.

Return value

The method returns an HRESULT. Possible values include, but are not limited to, those in the following table.

Return code Description
S_OK
 The method succeeded.
E_INVALIDARG
 The pcnsDuration parameter is NULL.
