Export Financial Reports to ASC Format

You can export financial report data into a digital file format approved by the local tax authorities for the following annual reports:

  • Balance de Situación Abreviado
  • Balance de Situación Normal
  • Cuenta de PyG Abreviado
  • Cuenta de PyG Normal

To export financial reports into ASC format

  1. Choose the Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature. icon, enter Financial Reports, then choose the related link.
  2. On the Financial Reports page, select the relevant report name, and then choose the Edit Financial Report action.
  3. On the Financial Report page, choose the Export Report to ASC format action.
  4. On the Export Report to ASC format page, on the Options FastTab, enter information into the relevant fields.
  5. Choose OK.
