MIME est un standard de message électronique du secteur industriel. De nombreuses applications de messagerie créent des messages au format MIME et les enregistrent dans des fichiers avec l’extension .EML.

Même si Outlook n’enregistre pas les messages dans le format MIME, il existe deux méthodes selon lesquelles vous pouvez obtenir un corps de message Outlook au format MIME :

  • Vous pouvez ajouter un $value segment pour une opération d’obtention de message sur ce message.
  • Si le message est joint à une publication élément ou groupe Outlook, vous pouvez ajouter un $value segment pour une opération d’obtention de pièce jointe sur ce billet élément ou groupe.

Dans les deux cas, votre application doit avoir les autorisations d’accès appropriées pour accéder au billet d’élément ou de groupe Outlook afin d’appliquer l’opération d’obtention de message ou de pièce jointe.

Vous pouvez ensuite enregistrer le corps du message contenu dans un fichier .EML et le joindre aux enregistrements dans des systèmes d’entreprise, par exemple CRM, ERP et suivi des bogues.

Qu’est-ce que MIME ?

MIME est une norme utilisée par courrier électronique internet pour transmettre des types de contenus SMTP suivants :

  • Message en texte brut
  • Message avec contenu alternatif (c'est-à-dire, en texte brut et HTML)
  • Message de réponse avec le message d’origine joint
  • Message texte comportant des pièces jointes image, audio, vidéo ou fichiers d’application
  • Autres constructions de message

Les éléments suivants sont les en-têtes MIME standard dans un message. Pour plus d'informations, voirRFC 2045.

  • MIME-Version : indique que le message est mis en forme MIME.
  • Content-Type : indique que le type de média du message ou une partie du message, représenté par un type et sous-type. Il inclut également un boundary champ qui spécifie une chaîne de la limite MIME ou en tant que la limite encapsulation, selon l’emplacement de Content-Type.
  • Content-Disposition : fournit des détails d’une pièce jointe tels que le style de sa présentation (inline ou attachment), des noms de fichiers et les dates de création et de dernière modification.
  • Content-Transfer-Encoding : spécifie la méthode de codage pour représenter des données binaires.

Obtenir le contenu MIME d’un message Outlook

Vous pouvez obtenir la représentation MIME d’un message en ajoutant le $value segment lors de la prise le message:

Obtenir le contenu MIME d’un message Outlook joint à une publication élément ou groupe Outlook

Vous pouvez également obtenir la représentation MIME d’un message Outlook, si le message a été joint à un événement, message, tâche, ou unepublication de groupe Outlook auquel peut accéder votre application.

Pour ce faire, identifier la pièce jointe de message et ajouter le $value segment lors de l’obtention de cette pièce jointe. Voici quelques méthodes courantes pour accéder à une pièce jointe. Pour plus d'informations, consultez Obtenir une pièce jointe.

Si le message est joint à un événement dans le calendrier par défaut de l’utilisateur :

GET /users/{id}/events/{id}/attachments/{id}/$value

Si le message est joint à un autre message dans la boîte de messagerie par défaut de l’utilisateur :

GET /users/{id}/messages/{id}/attachments/{id}/$value

Si le message est joint à une tâche Outlook dans le dossier de tâches par défaut de l’utilisateur :

GET /users/{id}/outlook/tasks/{id}/attachments/{id}/$value

Si le message est attaché à la publication de groupe spécifié :

GET /groups/{id}/threads/{id}/posts/{id}/attachments/{id}/$value
