This module describes the dedicated data model that is included in Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services.

This module explores the Unified customer profile application, which shows a 360-degree perspective of the customer, consolidated into a unified dashboard within Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services. After exploring the application and its data model, you will extend the overall scenario by editing the details of a customer’s profile and adding new controls to the application.

In this module, you'll learn how to streamline the customer onboarding experience within a financial services organization. By setting up self-service tools in Cloud for Financial Services, you will enable relationship managers to monitor the loan process and ensure consistent, reliable customer experiences. Furthermore, customers can efficiently apply for and track a loan by accessing a mobile app or portal, while the automated pipeline helps them review and validate application information.

In this module, you'll learn how to set up Collaboration Manager for Loans within Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services. A model-driven app that is created with Microsoft Power Apps, Collaboration Manager for Loans is built specifically to work inside Microsoft Teams. It's built around the Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services retail banking data model that creates a set of common entities for financial services. Collaboration Manager enables collaboration around this data model by using components that are provided by a Collaboration Toolkit. These components, while enabling collaboration, separate the consumer from the details of interaction with other Microsoft services.

In this module, you'll explore the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights elements that are associated with the Customer intelligence solution in Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services.
