LogFile Element (ICF)

Contains elements that specify properties of the instance database log file.

Syntaxe

<Database>
    ...
    <LogFile>

Element Characteristics

Characteristic	Description
Data type	None.
Default value	None.
Occurrence	Optional once or more per Database element.
Updates	Cannot be added or deleted when updating the instance.

Notes

If you want to alter the instance database after creating the instance, use the SQL Server tools, such as SQL Server Management Studio.

This example shows a complete LogFile element.

    <LogicalName>StockLog</LogicalName>
