Adds methods to examine end-of-line markers to the IVsTextStorage interface.

The IVsTextStorage2 type exposes the following members.

Public method GetEolLengthEx Returns the length in characters of the text line's end-of-line marker.
Public method GetEolTextEx Returns a string containing the end-of-line (EOL) marker terminating the text line.
Public method GetEolTypeEx Returns the EOLTYPE of the text line's end-of-line marker.
