Les commandes sont parfois modifiées après l’ajout des abonnés. Le risque est que le nombre d’abonnements attribués dépasse le nombre de licences détenues par votre entreprise.Sometimes orders are changed after subscribers have been added, which can result in having more assigned subscriptions than licenses owned by your company. C’est ce que l’on appelle « sur-allocation ».This is called "over-allocation".

Pour afficher les allocations d’abonnement, cliquez sur l’icône en haut à gauche pour ouvrir le volet allocations.To see your subscription allocations, click on the top icon at the left to open the allocations pane.

  • Contacter votre revendeur pour acheter des abonnements supplémentaires.Contact your reseller to purchase additional subscriptions.
  • Patientez jusqu’à la période de cumul annuel et payez les abonnements suralloués à ce stade.Wait until your annual true-up period and pay for the over-allocated subscriptions at that point.
  • Supprimer des attributions d’abonnement.Delete some subscription assignments.
