Windows Vista Application Development Requirements for User Account Control

This document is intended to assist application developers with designing Windows Vista®-capable applications that are User Account Control (UAC) compliant. Detailed steps about the design process are included, along with code samples, requirements, and best practices. This paper also details the technical updates and changes to the user experience in Windows Vista.
