Questa funzione è un wrapper Azure Sphere per la chiamata dall'SDK C. Usare questa funzione quando si comunica direttamente con hub IoT di Azure per acquisire un handle. La funzione consente di ottenere un handle IoT senza l'ID dispositivo in alternativa alla funzione C SDK IoTHubClient_LL_CreateFromDeviceAuth che richiede il parametro ID dispositivo.
