Crea un TextNormalizingEstimatoroggetto , che normalizza il testo in ingresso in inputColumnName modificando facoltativamente le maiuscole e minuscole, rimuovendo segni diacritici, segni di punteggiatura, numeri e restituisce il nuovo testo come outputColumnName.
