Se questa istanza è già stata arrestata, la chiamata a questo metodo non ha alcun effetto.

Dopo aver arrestato un HttpListener oggetto, è possibile usare il Start metodo per riavviarlo.

Questo metodo non blocca il completamento dell'invio di risposte per le connessioni attualmente accettate.
