Utilizzare questo costruttore per inizializzare una nuova istanza della FormView classe . Per aggiungere dinamicamente un FormView controllo a una pagina, creare un nuovo FormView oggetto, impostarne le proprietà e quindi aggiungerlo all'insieme Control.Controls di un controllo contenitore, ad esempio PlaceHolder.
