0 ~ 1 の値を指定します。 アンカー ポイントは、MapControl.Location 添付プロパティで指定された MapControl 上の地理的位置に配置される子要素上のポイントです。

の既定値 MapControl.NormalizedAnchorPoint は (0, 0) で、子要素の左上隅を表します。

MapControl.NormalizedAnchorPoint値は親MapControl要素によって解釈されます。 値は、 の各子要素のレイアウト特性を指定するために と MapControl.Location 共に MapControl使用されます。
