新しく作成されたユーザーが Lync クライアントにサインインできない

現象

既存の Lync Server 2010 または 2013 環境で作成された新しいユーザーはサインインできません。 この状況では、次のエラー メッセージが UCCAPI ログに記録されます。

ms-diagnostics: 4005;reason="Destination URI either not enabled for SIP or does not exist";source="Lyncpool.domainname.com"

さらに、次のイベント ID がログに記録されます。

Resolution:
This is usually caused when privacy boundary is not associated with local or remote site.

Cause
Lync Server is deployed in Child domain or server / pool name naming convention has child and parent domain relationship.

原因

解決方法

この問題を解決するには、次のコマンドを実行します。

Set-CsUserReplicatorConfiguration -Identity global -ADDomainNamingContextList $Null

これにより、ユーザー レプリケーターは、使用可能なすべてのドメインに対して強制的にクエリを実行します。
