このメソッドは、IDTSOutput100 出力と IDTSInput100 入力の間のデータのフローの確立に加え、コンポーネントの OnInputPathAttached メソッドと OnOutputPathAttached メソッドを呼び出すことによって、各コンポーネントに対してイベントの通知も行います。
