注釈

このプロパティは Month 、プロパティの値の影響を Offset 受けません。

また、"M" または "MM" カスタム書式指定子を DateTimeOffset 使用してメソッドを ToString 呼び出すことで、オブジェクトの月コンポーネントの文字列表現を作成することもできます。
