注釈

クラスが Stopwatch 高解像度のパフォーマンス カウンターを使用する場合は、 GetTimestamp そのカウンターの現在の値を返します。 クラスが Stopwatch システム タイマーを使用する場合は、 GetTimestamp インスタンスの現在 DateTime.Ticks のプロパティを DateTime.UtcNow 返します。
