このメソッドを使用してオブジェクトの有効期間を特定し、その情報を メソッドと共 Collect に使用して、ガベージ コレクターに同じ世代のオブジェクトを強制的に収集させます。 たとえば、グループとして作成され、同時にアクセスできなくなるオブジェクトのセットがある場合は、このメソッドを使用します。
