注釈

永続性サービスの検証ロジックの一環として、以下の条件がチェックされます。

すべてのセッションフルバインディングは、WSHttpContextBindingElement や NetTcpContextBindingElement などのコンテキストバインディング要素を持っていること。
ConcurrencyMode 値が "Multiple" に設定されていないこと。
InstanceContextMode 値が "PerSession" に設定されていること。
サービスについて、セッションフルエンドポイントが 1 つ構成されていること。
コントラクトでセッションが禁止されている場合、すべての操作について CanCreateInstance が true に設定されていること。
コントラクトでセッションが許可されている場合、CanCreateInstance が true に設定されているすべての操作は要求/応答操作となります。つまり、IsOneWay を true に設定することはできません。
SaveStateInOperationTransaction が true に設定された場合、サービスに対するすべての操作は、OperationBehaviorAttribute.TransactionScopeRequired に設定されている true でマークするか、TransactionFlowOption.Mandatory でマークする必要があります。また、ConcurrencyMode は "Single" に設定する必要があります。

SaveStateInOperationTransaction	操作が実行される同じトランザクションを使用して、サービスインスタンス状態が PersistenceProvider に永続化されるかどうかを指示する値を取得または設定します。
TypeId	派生クラスで実装されると、この Attribute の一意の識別子を取得します。 (継承元 Attribute)
