  1. Microsoft 365 管理センターの左側のナビゲーション ウィンドウで、[設定] を選択し、[セキュリティ] &します。In the Microsoft 365 admin center, in the left navigation pane, select Settings and then Security & privacy.
  2. [ ユーザーが自分のパスワードをリセットする] で 、[Azure ADを選択します。Under Let your people reset their own passwords, select Azure AD admin center.
  3. 左側のナビゲーション ウィンドウで、[ ユーザー] を選択し、[ユーザー - すべてのユーザー] ページで、[パスワードのリセット] を選択します。In the left navigation pane, select Users, and then on the Users - all users page, select Password reset.
  4. [ すべて] を 選択してセルフサービス パスワードのリセットを有効にし、[保存] を 選択します。Select All to enable self-service password reset, and then select Save.

次にユーザーが自分のアカウントにサインインすると、ユーザー ID とパスワードを求められます。The next time a user signs in to their account, they're asked for their user ID and password.
