一般的なエラー

Cookie の設定に関連する次のエラーメッセージが表示された場合:

Hmmm... Something went wrong.

解決: サードパーティの Cookie とローカルデータを有効にする。

Power Appsにログインすると、特に InPrivate または シークレット エクスペリエンスを使用すると、次のエラーが表示されます。

AADSTS50058: A silent sign-in request was sent but no user is signed in. The cookies used to represent the user's session were not sent in the request to Azure AD. This can happen if the user is using Internet Explorer or Edge, and the web app sending the silent sign-in request is in different IE security zone than the Azure AD endpoint (login.microsoftonline.com).

ブラウザーまたはアプリでサードパーティの Cookie とローカルデータの保存を有効にする

Power Apps は、ブラウザー機能を活用して、ユーザー ID や基本設定などのデータをローカルに保存します。ブラウザーがそのようなローカルデータ、または Power Apps によって設定されたサードパーティの Cookie の保存をブロックすると、問題が発生します。

ほとんどのブラウザーで、設定に変更をすぐに反映させることができます。また、すべてのブラウザーウィンドウを閉じて、再度開く必要がある場合もあります。

iOS 用 Power Apps と Dynamics 365 モバイルアプリでこの設定を有効にするには、iOS のブラウザー設定ではなく、アプリにリンクされた iOS 設定を使用する必要があります。

Microsoft Edge の説明

オプション 1: すべてのサイトのサードパーティの Cookie とローカルデータの保存を有効にする
1. 設定を選択します。
2. Cookie とサイトの許可 を選択します。
3. Cookie とサイトデータ を展開します。
4. サードパーティの Cookie をブロックする 設定が無効になっていることを確認します。
5. 存在する場合は、ブロック および 終了時にクリア で、次のサイトをサイト固有の Cookie 構成から削除します。

注意

次の手順では、Microsoft Edge ブラウザーのバージョンが 87 以上 である必要があります。
1. 設定を選択します。
2. Cookie とサイトの許可 を選択します。
3. Cookie とサイトデータ を展開します。
4. 許可で追加を選択し、次を追加します。

5. クローズ時に閲覧データをクリアする を選択します。

Safari アプリで、Safari を選択します。

プライバシー を選択します。
すべての Cookie をブロックする が選択されていないことを確認します。
