解説

SQL Server 2005 では、インスタンスとアプリケーションを作成および管理するためのクラスは Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Nmo 名前空間にあります。このクラスの代わりに Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.Nmo.Application.NotificationClasses プロパティが使用されます。このプロパティでは、NotificationClassCollection オブジェクトが返されます。このクラスは Notification Services の以前のバージョンとの互換性を維持する目的で含まれているもので、今後のリリースでサポートされなくなる可能性があります。
