System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) Assessment は、オンプレミスまたは Azure VM (IaaS) ベースの Operations Manager 環境の潜在的な問題を診断するための事前対応型サービスです。 評価では、System Center 2012 SP1 Operations Manager を実行する Operations Manager environments、System Center 2012 R2 Operations Manager、System Center 2016 Operations Manager、System Center Operations Manager Branch 1801、System Center Operations Manager Branch 1807、および System Center 2019 Operations Manager がサポートされます。 環境は、1 つ以上の Management Server、および Operations Manager Database、Operations Manager Data Warehouse をそれぞれ 1 つずつ含む単一の Management Group に置かれていなければなりません。

ここでの推奨事項は、Operations Manager Management Group (Design、Specifications、 Management Pack Findings)、 Management Servers Health (Specifications、Event Log、Performance)、Data Layer Health (Instances、Databases、SQL Server Errors、Tables、Grooming、Backup)、および Operational Excellence といった領域が対象になります。

このアセスメントは、ご使用の System Center Operations Manager 環境へのリスクを低減するためにフォーカス エリア別に分類された具体的で実施可能なガイダンスを提供できるように設計されています。

SCOM Assessment の実行

前提条件

サービス ハブを通じて使用できるオンデマンド評価のメリットを最大限に活かすには、次のことを行う必要があります。

  1. アクティブな Azure サブスクリプションをサービス ハブにリンクさせて、System Center Operations Manager Assessment を追加する。 詳細については、『オンデマンド評価の概要』 を参照するか、『動画をリンクする方法』をご覧ください。
  2. 次の権利を持つドメイン アカウントを設定する。
  • 環境 (すべての Operations Manager ロール - Management Server、OpsMgr Database、Data Warehouse、Reporting, Web Console、および Gateway) におけるすべてのサーバー上でローカルの管理者グループに含まれるメンバー
  • アクセスされている管理グループの Operations Manager Administrator ロール
  • Operations Manager で使用されるすべての Microsoft SQL サーバー、またはインスタンスにおける SysAdmin ロール
  1. SCOM 評価については、前提条件ドキュメントを確認してください。 このドキュメントは、SCCM Assessment の詳細な技術文書と、アセスメントの実行に必要な準備について説明します。 また、評価によって収集される異なる種類のデータについても説明しています。

注:

ご使用の環境の初期構成を行い、オンデマンド評価を実行するには、平均して 1 時間かかります。 評価を実行した後、Azure Log Analytics でデータを確認できます。 これにより、推奨事項の優先順位付けられたリストが提供されます。これは 6 つの重点分野にまたがって分類されます。 これにより、ユーザーとユーザーのチームが、リスク レベル、ご使用の環境の正常性、リスクを軽減する行為をすばやく理解し、IT 全体の正常性を向上できます。

System Center Operations Manager 評価のセットアップ

注:

Azure サブスクリプションを Services Hub にリンクさせ、Services Hub の [正常性 -> 評価] からSystem Center Operations Manager Assessment が追加された場合のみ、評価を正常にセットアップできます。*

  1. データ収集マシン上に C:\LogAnalytics\SCOM フォルダー (またはシステムによって予約されている C:\ODA 以外の他のフォルダー) を作成します。
  2. 管理者モードで通常の PowerShell (ISEではない) を開き、以下のコマンドレットを実行します。Add-SCOMAssessmentTask – ServerName <YourServerName> -WorkingDirectory <Directory>

Where YourServerName is the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) or the NetBIOS name of one of the management servers and <Directory> is the path to an existing directory used to store the files created while collecting and analyzing the data from the environment.

  1. データ収集は、前回のスクリプトの実行から 1 時間以内に、そしてその後は 7 日ごとに、「SCOMAssessment -ServerName <YourServerName>」という名前の定期的なタスクによってトリガーされます。 タスクは、別の日付/時刻に実行、またはタスク スケジューラ ライブラリから強制的に直ちに実行されるように修正できます。 > Microsoft > Operations Management Suite > AOI*** > Assessments > SCOMAssessment.
  2. 収集および分析している間に、セットアップ時に構成された作業ディレクトリ フォルダー下にデータが一時的に保存されます。
  3. 数時間後に、評価結果が Log Analytics とサービス ハブ ダッシュボードに掲載されます。 [Services Hub] - [IT 正常性] - [評価] に移動して、アクティブな評価に対して [すべての推奨事項を表示] をクリックすると、結果を表示できます。
