설명

Microsoft 로캘 식별자의 경우 문자열 형식은 "MS_xxx"입니다. 여기서 xxx 는 LCID(로캘 식별)를 나타내는 16진수 형식의 문자열입니다. 예를 들어 미국 영어는 "MS_409"로 표시됩니다.
