설명

이 메서드의 경우 IFloatingPointIeee754<TSelf> IEEE 754:2019 minimumMagnitudeNumber 함수와 일치합니다. 이렇게 하려면 NaN 입력이 호출자에게 -0.0 다시 전파되지 않고 가 보다 +0.0작게 처리되어야 합니다.
