현지 표준 시간대 데이터는 표준 시간대 정보를 검색하는 데 처음 사용된 후에 CurrentTimeZone 캐시됩니다. 이후 시스템의 현지 표준 시간대가 변경되면 이 변경 내용이 속성에 CurrentTimeZone 반영되지 않습니다. 애플리케이션을 실행 하는 동안 표준 시간대 변경 내용을 처리 해야 할 경우, 사용 된 TimeZoneInfo 클래스 및 호출 해당 ClearCachedData() 메서드.
