Retrieves the string value in the LanguageSpecificStringDictionary for a specified key, or language.

A value of type XmlLanguage.

value: String

A value of type String.

Returns

Boolean

true if the LanguageSpecificStringDictionary contains an entry for key; otherwise false.

Remarks

If the return value is true, value contains a copy of the string that is associated with the key value. If the return value is false, value is set to null.
