진단 로그
사용자가 문제를 보고했거나 서비스에서 문제를 식별한 경우 사용자의 개입 없이 디바이스에서 특정 진단 로그를 수집해야 할 수 있습니다.
사용자 디렉터리에서 사용자 생성 콘텐츠 또는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 장치 상태 및 상태에 관련된 진단 및 로그 데이터만 수집합니다.
수집된 로그는 28일 동안 저장한 후 삭제합니다. 데이터 처리 표준에 따라 장치에서 수집된 모든 로그를 처리합니다.
수집된 데이터
아래 목록에는 Microsoft Managed Desktop에서 진단 로그를 수집할 수 있는 모든 폴더, 이벤트 로그, 실행 파일 또는 레지스트리 위치가 포함됩니다. 수집된 실제 데이터는 이 목록의 하위 집합이며 식별된 문제에 따라 달라집니다.
