Property Value
Type: System.Boolean
true if the package is in the process of shutdown, otherwise false.
Remarks
The Zombied property indicates that the package is being shut down. It returns true when the package’s Close method is called by Visual Studio.
It is usually not appropriate to initiate any new activity when the VSPackage is being closed.
