bstrFileName

[in] Boolean. If true, no backup file is created.

pLogger
Type: Microsoft.VisualStudio.Shell.Interop.IVsUpgradeLogger
[in] Pointer to a IVsUpgradeLogger interface to use for logging upgrade actions.

[in] Major version of old tool.
