Security permissions for the logged on user are not granted

The Best Practices Analyzer tool for Team Foundation Server checks the permissions that are granted to the user who is running the scan. An error appears if the user who is running the scan has not been granted all the following permissions:
Team Project Collection Administrator
Team Foundation Server Administrator
Full Control for SharePoint Administration
For the Best Practices Analyzer tool for Team Foundation Server to simulate team project creation and check the health of project collections, the person who is running the scan must have these permissions.
To correct this error, grant the person who is running the scan the appropriate permissions. For more information, see the following pages on the Microsoft Web site:
