JetGetLock에 대한 옵션입니다.

	쓰기	현재 레코드에 대한 쓰기 잠금을 획득합니다. 쓰기 잠금은 다른 세션에서 보유한 쓰기 또는 읽기 잠금과 호환되지 않지만 동일한 세션에서 보유한 읽기 잠금과 호환됩니다.
