Dynamics 365 (online) 9.1 and later.
Omnichannel for Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Customer Service Workspace
To have multisession capabilities, your organization must use a multisession app, such as Omnichannel for Customer Service or Customer Service workspace.
Licensing
An active subscription to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise in your tenant for each user.

Chromium-based Microsoft Edge

Note
- Ensure microphone and speaker access is not blocked by browser policy for voice and video channels.
- The widget domain needs to be granted permission to use appropriate media like pop-ups and microphone as required. For Microsoft Edge to permanently grant the required permissions, the required domain needs to be accessed via a regular window; permanent exception cannot be granted when the domain is accessed in private mode.
Domains
The domain of the channel URL should use HTTPS protocol.
