This article describes the Skill level type option set for Dynamics 365 Human Resources.

Physical name: mshr_hrmskillleveltype

This enumeration provides the option set of values that categorize the level assigned to a candidate’s skill.

Value	Label	Description
200000000	Actual	Actual skill level.
200000001	Target	Targeted value for the skill level.
