Resident registration and booking portal
Microsoft Vaccination Management provides residents with an online portal where they can register to check if they are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccination. Depending on the outcome, residents can do one of the following steps:
If eligible, depending on configuration, the resident can be notified to make an appointment or proceed to schedule an appointment for getting the vaccination.
If not yet eligible, the resident can preregister to be notified through email when they become eligible for the vaccination.
Register and check your eligibility
Here is how you can register and check your eligibility for the vaccination.
Obtain the link or URL to the registration portal from your provider.
Browse to the registration portal.
If you have previously registered for a vaccination, select View my registration. Go to: Find an existing registration
Enter an event code if you have one. You can use the event code to make an appointment for the second dose of the vaccine.
By entering a valid event code, you are eligible to schedule a vaccination at the location associated with the event code. For more information about how to create and use event codes, go to Event codes.
Select Start registration.

You will be prompted to respond to a series of questions to determine your eligibility.
After responding to these questions, you'll be prompted to enter details about either yourself or the person that you want to book an appointment for. Enter the data and select Next.
If the person you're booking an appointment for is a minor, a consent screen displays. Enter the full name of of the person providing consent and the relationship to the minor, and then select Next.

The next screen lets you review your responses and go back and make any changes, if necessary. After reviewing the information, select the check box at the end of the screen to certify that the information you provided is correct. Select Complete registration.

Depending on your responses, the next page will display one of the following steps:
If you are eligible for vaccination, the page will let you schedule an appointment. Proceed to the next section: Schedule vaccination appointment
If you are eligible for vaccination and there are no vaccination appointments available, the page will confirm that you are registered to receive the vaccine and that you will be notified by email as soon as appointments are available.

If you aren't eligible for vaccination yet, the next page will confirm that you are registered to receive the vaccine and that you will be notified by email when you do become eligible and appointments are available.

If you used an event code to register for a vaccination, you are eligible for a vaccination and the page will let you schedule an appointment. Proceed to the next section: Schedule vaccination appointment
Find an existing registration
If you have previously registered for a vaccination, you can find and open your registration. You can then proceed to schedule an appointment for a vaccination.

On the Personal information page, enter the required fields, and then select Next.

You will receive an email with a link to your profile, where you can view and manage your information and access an appointment schedule.
Schedule vaccination appointment
If you are eligible for vaccination, proceed to schedule an appointment.
Select Find an appointment on the portal.
The next screen lets your search for vaccination centers based on the specified postal code and vaccine type, or based on an event code. Enter your desired postal code and vaccine type, and then select Search. Select one of the vaccination centers to proceed.
Note
If you entered an event code to register to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, select the predetermined vaccination center that is associated with the event code. If you have an event code for the second dose of the vaccine, you can use the event code here to schedule your second dose.

The next screen lets you select the appointment date and time. Select a date and time for your appointment, and then select Book Appointment.

The next screen displays your appointment confirmation information. Save or print the information and take it to the vaccination center on the day of your appointment. You will also receive an email with the appointment details that you can use for your appointment.

Cancel or reschedule an appointment
Once you have scheduled and confirmed your vaccination appointment, you can also cancel or reschedule the appointment, if necessary.
In the email you received with the appointment details, select Reschedule or cancel my appointment. The portal opens.
Enter the vaccine recipient's date of birth, and then select Next.

To cancel an appointment
- Select Cancel, and then confirm that you want to cancel your appointment.
You will receive an email that confirms your appointment is canceled.
To reschedule an appointment
Select Cancel and reschedule, and then confirm that you want to permanently cancel your current appointment and schedule a new appointment.

Select Schedule a new appointment.
Enter the vaccine recipient's date of birth, and then select Submit.
