De systeemsoftware herstellen

Herstel is het proces van het vervangen van de systeemsoftware op het apparaat met behulp van een speciale herstelbootloader in plaats van een cloudupdate. Tijdens het herstelproces wordt de inhoud van flash gewist, wordt de systeemsoftware vervangen en wordt het apparaat opnieuw opgestart. Als gevolg hiervan worden toepassingssoftware en configuratiegegevens, inclusief Wi-Fi referenties, van het apparaat gewist. Nadat u hebt hersteld, moet u de referenties opnieuw opgeven (indien aanwezig) en het apparaat opnieuw verbinden met internet.

Belangrijk

Voer de herstelprocedure alleen uit als Microsoft hiertoe door Microsoft wordt geïnstrueerd. Herstel is alleen vereist wanneer cloudupdates niet beschikbaar zijn.

De systeemsoftware herstellen:

1. Zorg ervoor dat uw apparaat via USB is aangesloten op uw computer.

2. Voer de opdracht az sphere device recover uit :

3. Als u uw apparaat wilt blijven gebruiken voor ontwikkeling, voert u az sphere device enable-development uit om toepassings sideload en foutopsporing opnieuw in te schakelen.

4. Als u uw apparaat opnieuw wilt verbinden met Wi-Fi, vervangt u de Wi-Fi referenties op het apparaat.
